He has guided several M.Ed., M.A. (Education),   M.Phil. and Ph.D. students in their research work. More than twenty students have completed their Ph.D. under his guidance. 

He had his education in Raja Balwant Singh College, Agra, Women’s Training College Dayal Bagh (Now DEI Deemed University) Agra, Kurukshetra University and BHU Varanasi. An outstanding scholar throughout, he has been honoured by several organisations. In the year 1999 he was honoured by the Haryana govt. by giving the ‘Best Lecturer Award’ of Haryana. He is a good researcher and has several research papers published in national and international journals. He has been the member of several academic bodies. At present he is working as Professor of Education in Rao Abhay Singh (PG) College of Education, Saharanwas, Rewari (Haryana), India.
